Job summary

Salient Group is hiring an Account Executive to join a fast growing, enterprise focused AI SaaS business operating across the US, UK and Europe. This role focuses on a differentiated, mission critical platform with an existing Australian/APAC customer base.

You’ll own the full sales cycle end to end, handling mid market and enterprise deals around $30k ARR with a mix of inbound and outbound activity. The business is well funded, scaling quickly, and investing heavily in sales due to strong

Qualifications

Experience closing SaaS deals as an Account Executive.
Strong discovery, qualification and deal management skills.
Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
Background selling AI, HR tech, compliance, or workflow software is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Owning the full sales cycle from discovery through to close, focusing on mid market and enterprise customers.
Running value led, consultative sales conversations with C level stakeholders.
Managing deal cycles with multiple decision makers and longer sales processes.
Supporting process creation & procedures for the Australian market.
