Job summary

DoxAI, Sydney-based AI SaaS specialist, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to lead the full customer lifecycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale growth. You will identify new business, nurture client relationships, and expand account value through adoption of DoxAI's AI solutions.

You will manage opportunities across enterprise clients, collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success, and drive revenue while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
• Ability to identify and close opportunities across enterprise and verticals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite.
• Self-motivated, high-energy, and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales: manage from lead generation to closing and onboarding.
• New Business Development: pursue opportunities across enterprise segments.
• Account Management: maintain engagement and satisfaction for assigned accounts.
• Cross-Sell & Upsell: drive adoption and grow revenue within accounts.
• Customer Success: support adoption, usage, and success metrics.
