Job summary

Slack is expanding its Australian Commercial team to capitalise on the surge in demand as businesses move from AI experiments to practical deployments. You will own a patch, build your pipeline, and help organisations adopt Slack’s agentic platform to accelerate decisions and reduce tool sprawl.

You will land and expand with senior stakeholders, work with Customer Success and Partners to close deals, and provide clear account plans and forecasts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience handling high-volume deals across Enterprise/Mid‑Market accounts.
• Ability to build business cases and ROI arguments for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle across Commercial accounts from prospecting to close.
• Generate and manage a high-velocity pipeline with rapid qualification and closing.
• Advise senior business leaders and connect Slack’s platform to measurable outcomes.
• Land and expand by winning initial teams/use cases and growing Slack’s footprint.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and partners to close deals.
