Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive adoption in Telco, Media, Entertainment, Gaming and Sport across Australia. You will develop coverage plans, build a robust pipeline, and influence CXO-level and technical stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes.

The role blends sales and technical expertise in cloud and AI, requiring strong communication, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with partners and professional services.

Qualifications

• Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals.
• Experience creating and implementing long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role or equivalent.
• Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience.
• Knowledge of key technology and market trends.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS, or experience with project management.
• Experience in telco, media, entertainment, gaming, wagering, sports or digital marketplaces.

• Drive adoption to meet or exceed targets
• Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust pipeline of value based opportunities
• Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS cloud and AI services
• Analyze metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
• Work with partners to manage joint engagement opportunities
• Assist customer in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AWS as well as best practices implementations
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
