Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager for the Ear, Nose & Throat portfolio based in Sydney. You will drive adoption, build relationships with ENT surgeons and hospital stakeholders, and execute strategic plans to grow portfolio utilization.

The role requires proven territory-based medical device sales experience, willingness to travel, and the ability to engage clinical teams with compelling demonstrations and training.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a territory-based medical device sales role, preferably within ENT or surgical environments.
• Strong relationship-building with clinicians, hospital staff and decision-makers.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the assigned territory and to conferences.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and sales growth of ENT portfolio by partnering with surgeons, theatre teams and stakeholders to meet sales targets.
• Build trusted partnerships with ENT specialists and hospital leadership to expand portfolio utilization.
• Provide product demonstrations and clinical education to enhance product competency.
• Develop territory plans, identify opportunities, and execute account development initiatives.
• Analyze market dynamics and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
