Job summary

Endotherapeutics seeks an experienced Product Manager to own part of its ENT portfolio and drive growth across Australia. You will develop and execute strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, regulatory, operations and finance, shaping the future of ENT products with surgeons and clinicians.

You will lead product lifecycle, launch opportunities, pricing, forecasting and training, while mentoring the national ENT sales team and representing the company at conferences and events across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in medical devices.
• Experience with ENT, Laryngology, Maxillofacial or Plastic Surgery portfolios preferred.
• Strong understanding of patient pathways and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic product plans to drive revenue growth and market share across the ENT portfolio.
• Evaluate new product opportunities and lead launches, including positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Operations and Finance to deliver product outcomes.
• Lead lifecycle management, including forecasting, new product introductions, recalls, training and end‑of‑life planning.
• Support national ENT sales team through product training and clinical education.
