St Michael’s Grammar School in Melbourne is seeking a warm, organised Enrolments Officer to join the Enrolments Team and support prospective families throughout their journey with the School.

This 12 month fixed term, 19 hours per week role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain experience in admissions, customer service, marketing, education or administration within a leading independent school.

Qualifications

• You will be highly organised and customer-focused, building positive relationships and delivering outstanding service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional presentation and a welcoming manner.
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, events or education is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in Synergetic and EnrolHQ is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage enrolment enquiries and guide prospective families through the enrolment process with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate School tours, Open Days, interviews, and enrolment events to showcase the School experience.
• Prepare and maintain enrolment documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with School processes.
• Build strong relationships with prospective families and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Support enrolment and scholarship processes while contributing to broader enrolment initiatives and team objectives.
