Coates Brisbane is seeking a driven sales professional to grow Engineering Solutions revenue. You will identify new opportunities and maximise value within existing accounts, working with engineers, operations and sales teams to deliver tailored, profitable solutions.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, present compelling proposals, and champion Coates' Safety First culture across projects. A background in civil/engineering sectors is preferred.

Formación

• Extensive experience in construction, civil, engineering or water infrastructure industries.
• Proven success in technical sales, business development or solution selling.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to develop profitable, customer-focused solutions.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders to deliver complex projects.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with exceptional time management skills.
• Qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline will be highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth of Sales - Engineering Solutions products and services across your territory.
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities while increasing share of wallet with existing customers.
• Collaborate with customers, design engineers and temporary works engineers to develop effective project solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and product expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with Operations to ensure safe, efficient and timely delivery of solutions.
• Support the introduction and implementation of new products and services nationally.
• Build relationships with consulting engineers to secure product specifications.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to drive innovation and category growth.
