Coates Hire Operations Pty Limited in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Account Manager | Solutions Specialist to grow Sales in Engineering Solutions by identifying new opportunities and maximizing revenue from existing accounts.

You'll work closely with customers, engineers, operations and sales professionals, guiding projects from concept and design through to delivery, ensuring innovative and profitable solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction, civil, engineering or water infrastructure.
• Proven success in technical sales, business development or solution selling.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth of Sales - Engineering Solutions products and services across your territory.
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities while increasing share of wallet with existing customers.
• Collaborate with customers, design engineers and temporary works engineers to develop effective project solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and product expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with Operations to ensure safe, efficient and timely delivery of solutions.
• Support the introduction and implementation of new products and services nationally.
• Build relationships with consulting engineers to secure product specifications.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to drive innovation and category growth.
• Champion Coates' Safety First culture in all customer and stakeholder interactions.
