Neumann Steel in Brisbane is seeking an Energy Sales BDM to manage the full sales cycle, from identifying project opportunities to maintaining key client relationships and growing steel product sales.

The role offers an attractive base salary with KPI bonus opportunities, a fully maintained company vehicle, and flexible hybrid working arrangements, with on-site duties five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B sales or business development in steel/construction.
• Knowledge of structural steel or metal fabrication.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Australian driver's licence with ability to travel SE Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new B2B steel accounts.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to order delivery.
• Build and sustain relationships with builders and project managers.
• Collaborate with estimating, production and operations.
• Maintain CRM with pipeline and forecast.
