Country Road Group is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to identify and qualify business prospects in the energy efficiency space. You will research, outbound-call decision makers and progress opportunities to close deals, recording insights in the CRM and collaborating with Sales and Marketing.

You will join a high-energy team that values coaching, performance recognition and a clear development path. Brisbane-based role with strong commission potential and career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound calling and closing experience from prospecting to closing.
• Ability to meet KPIs and handle a high daily call volume.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional record keeping.
• Coachable, resilient and team oriented with a growth mindset.

Responsabilités

• Research and identify business prospects using LinkedIn, web tools and CRM.
• Qualify leads against criteria (location, size, industry, budget).
• Make outbound calls to introduce our client and gauge interest.
• Run discovery calls and close deals.
• Record detailed notes in Salesforce and share insights with Sales and Marketing.
