Job summary

Heart Talent in Brisbane, QLD seeks a Business Development professional to drive energy efficiency solutions. You will research prospects, qualify leads and actively close deals, leveraging a strong outbound calling approach and CRM proficiency.

Expect coaching, clear development pathways and the thrill of high earning potential in a dynamic energy sector team. You’ll join a fast-paced B2B sales environment, with uncapped commissions and an OTE of around $200k+; some cases exceed this through

Qualifications

• Proven outbound calling and 360 sales experience from prospecting to closing.
• Ability to research, identify and qualify business prospects.
• Comfortable with high daily call volumes and KPI targets.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify business prospects using LinkedIn, web tools and CRM.
• Qualify leads against location, size, industry and budget criteria.
• Make outbound calls to introduce the client and assess interest.
• Run discovery calls and close deals.
• Record detailed notes in Salesforce and share insights with Sales and Marketing.
