Job summary

Dwp Inc in Brisbane, Australia seeks a Business Development Manager to join the energy efficiency sales team. Based in Brisbane, you will research prospects, qualify leads, initiate contact with decision makers and close deals.

You will use LinkedIn, CRM tools and web research to build a robust pipeline, with a focus on B2B energy solutions and ongoing coaching from experienced sales leaders. A clear development pathway is offered and success is rewarded with strong commissions.

Qualifications

Proven outbound calling, cold calling and 360 sales experience from prospecting to closing.
Comfortable working to KPIs with a high daily call volume.
Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and online research tools.
Strong verbal and written communication with professional record keeping.
Coachable, resilient and proactive with a team-focused growth mindset.

Responsibilities

Research and identify business prospects using LinkedIn, web tools and CRM.
Qualify leads against criteria (location, size, industry, budget).
Make outbound calls to introduce the client and assess interest.
Run discovery calls and close deals.
Record detailed notes in Salesforce and share insights with Sales and Marketing.
