Formación

• Minimum 3 years of proven business development, sales, or partnerships experience in Australia.
• Track record of building and converting high-value pipelines in the Australian market.
• Strong English written and spoken communication, presentations and negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Build and develop new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Identify and establish relationships with developers, design consultants, hotel operators, asset owners, and strategic partners.
• Generate and manage a structured sales pipeline with measurable conversion targets.
• Lead business development initiatives from prospecting through negotiation and project award stages.
• Coordinate with management on strategy, reporting, and opportunity execution.
• Conduct market research and identify emerging sectors, trends, and potential clients.
• Expand visibility and positioning within priority markets.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
• Prepare business development reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence summaries.
• Support strategic partnerships and long-term client relationship development.
