Job summary

Unisys, based in Canberra, Australia, is seeking an Endpoint Management Specialist to support endpoint solutions across platforms and devices. You will handle work orders, diagnose issues, and provide training to associates while contributing to engineering standards and processes.

The role involves collaborating on problem-solving during conceptual phases, maintaining operations manuals, and serving as a 3rd level escalation point for hardware, email, Teams, and telephony.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent plus 2-4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Baseline clearance required with the ability to attain an NV1.

Responsibilities

• Provide Endpoint Management support for an assigned organization, location, or function.
• Manage work orders, problems, or tasks within a structured ticketing system.
• Perform diagnostics to initiate the problem management workflow process.
• Provide workstation and device training support for associates.
• Participate in the conceptual phases of identifying and solving business problems and issues.
• Contribute to the definition of engineering processes, standards, and technologies/frameworks.
• Plan, design, implement and maintain endpoint solutions for various platforms and devices; update operations manuals and contractual reports.
• Act as the initial 3rd level escalation point to provide technical support of hardware, systems, email flow, Teams Conferences, and telephony across multiple platforms/sub-systems and applications.
