Job summary

Unisys Canberra is seeking a mid-level Endpoint Management specialist to provide focused end-user device support and to manage endpoint workloads within a formal ticketing system.

You will diagnose issues, kick off problem-management workflows, and contribute to engineering process definitions, while training associates on workstation and device usage. This role acts as a 3rd level escalation point for hardware, systems, email flow, Teams, and telephony.

Qualifications

• Mid-level endpoint management experience.
• Experience providing support for endpoints across an organization.
• Proficient in documenting work orders and workflows.

Responsibilities
