Job summary

Unisys in Canberra seeks a professional to provide Endpoint Management support for an assigned organization. You will manage work orders, diagnose issues, and contribute to engineering standards while maintaining operations manuals and reports.

The role includes initial 3rd level escalation for hardware, systems, email flow, Teams conferences, and telephony across multiple platforms, with a BA/BS and 2–4 years of relevant experience, plus the ability to obtain NV1 clearance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Baseline clearance required with the ability to attain an NV1

Responsibilities

• Provides Endpoint Management support and services for an assigned organization, location, or function.
• Manages work orders, problems, or tasks within a structured ticket management system.
• Performs appropriate diagnostics to initiate problem management workflow process.
• Provides workstation and device training support for associates.
• Participates in the conceptual phases of identifying and solving business problems and issues.
• Contributes to the definition of engineering processes, standards, and technologies/frameworks.
• Plans, designs, implements, and maintains endpoint solutions for various platforms and devices; maintains and updates operations manual and contractual reports.
• Acts as initial 3rd level escalation point to provide technical support of hardware, systems, email flow, Teams Conferences, telephony across different platforms sub-systems and/or applications.
