Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking an End User Support Analyst to deliver high-quality onsite IT support across three Queensland sites and provide remote assistance to teams in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll manage endpoint devices, resolve technical issues, and contribute to technology projects that improve user experience, working with Windows, Microsoft 365, Android and iOS across environments.

Strong communication and a proactive mindset are essential, with occasional travel across metro and regional

Qualifications

Experience supporting end user computing environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Android and iOS.
Hands-on with endpoint management tools such as Intune / MEM / Autopilot.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Deliver onsite support across three Queensland sites and provide remote assistance to AU/NZ teams.
Manage endpoint devices, resolve technical issues and support IT and OT environments.
Contribute to technology projects that improve the user experience.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable, practical technology solutions.
Travel across metro/regional QLD and interstate as required.
