DuluxGroup Ltd. is seeking an End User Support Analyst to deliver high-quality onsite support across three Queensland sites and remote assistance across Australia and New Zealand. You will manage endpoints, resolve technical issues, and contribute to IT projects to enhance the user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end-user computing environments in large-scale environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 platform.
• Hands-on experience with mobile OS devices (Android & iOS).
• Familiarity with device enrollment and endpoint management tools (Intune, Autopilot).
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills with stakeholder engagement.

• Deliver onsite end-user support across three Queensland sites and remote support Australia-wide.
• Resolve technical issues and contribute to IT projects to improve user experience.
