Qualifications
- Experience supporting end-user computing environments.
- Technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, Android and iOS devices.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune / MEM / Autopilot.
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel across metro/regional QLD and interstate as required.
- Growth mindset and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite support across three Queensland sites and remote support across Australia and New Zealand.
- Manage endpoint devices and resolve technical issues.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions for the business.
- Travel as required to metro/regional QLD and interstate.
