DuluxGroup is seeking an End User Support Analyst to provide onsite support across three Queensland sites and remote assistance for teams in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll manage endpoint devices, troubleshoot issues, and support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Android and iOS in a mixed IT/OT environment.

As an End User Support Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality onsite support across three Queensland sites, while also providing remote assistance to teams across Australia and New Zealand. Supporting both IT and Operational Technology environments, you'll manage endpoint devices, resolve technical issues, and contribute to technology projects that enhance the user experience.
