Job summary

MGM Bulk is seeking a permanent, full-time Recruitment Specialist to join our Corporate team in Bunbury. You will deliver end-to-end recruitment, build proactive pipelines for blue-collar roles and engage candidates through platforms, referrals and networks.

You will partner with leaders and People & Culture to prioritise hiring, maintain records, and ensure a positive candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or workforce attraction.
• Strong sourcing and screening capability with confidence using recruitment systems and digital platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and leaders.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proactive problem-solving approach aligned with core values.
• Commitment to delivering a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Certificate IV in Human Resources or equivalent, current enrolment or willingness to work towards one.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, references, pre-employment checks, contracts and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key blue-collar roles.
• Identify and engage candidates via recruitment platforms, social media, referrals and networks.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through professional communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture to confirm priorities and support hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in approved systems.
• Contribute recruitment activity and pipeline information for reporting.
• Follow policies and compliance while contributing to improvements.
