Job summary

MGM Bulk is seeking a permanent, full-time Recruitment Specialist to join our Corporate team in Bunbury. You will deliver end-to-end recruitment, build proactive pipelines for blue-collar roles and engage candidates through platforms, referrals and networks.

You will partner with leaders and People & Culture to prioritise hiring, maintain records, and ensure a positive candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or workforce attraction.
• Strong sourcing and screening capability with confidence using recruitment systems and digital platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and leaders.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.

• Certificate IV in Human Resources or equivalent, current enrolment or willingness to work towards one.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes that support MGM’s current and future workforce requirements. Working closely with operational leaders, People & Culture Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will attract, engage and secure talent through proactive sourcing, talent pipeline development and an outstanding candidate experience.

About the role:

In this role, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checking, pre-employment checks, medicals, contracts and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key blue-collar operational roles.
• Identify and engage candidates through recruitment platforms, social media, employee referrals, industry networks and community partnerships
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through regular, professional communication across the recruitment lifecycle
• Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture Business Partners to confirm workforce priorities, review applicants and support informed hiring decisions
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information in approved systems
• Contribute recruitment activity and pipeline information for reporting purposes
• Follow recruitment policies, procedures, employment legislation and organisational standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or workforce attraction
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening capability, with confidence using recruitment systems and digital platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and operational leaders
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple recruitment activities simultaneously
• High attention to detail, administrative accuracy and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• A proactive problem-solving approach that reflects our core values.

• A Certificate IV in Human Resources, an equivalent qualification, current enrolment, or a willingness to work towards one.
