Job summary

SRG Global in Subiaco, WA is seeking an HR Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and site-based roles across WA operations. You'll partner with hiring managers and operations to understand workforce needs, source candidates, screen, interview and coordinate onboarding while upholding candidate care and compliance.

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across blue-collar and site-based roles.
• Ability to source, screen, interview and coordinate onboarding workflows.
• Strong relationship building with hiring managers and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming workforce needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across blue-collar roles and site-based positions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals and other channels; build talent pools.
• Coordinate job ads, screening, shortlisting, interviews and candidate communication.
• Oversee pre-employment checks and onboarding coordination with mobilisation teams.
• Prepare offer letters and maintain recruitment records in the ATS.
