Job summary

SRG Global is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our Subiaco, WA team. This permanent, full-time HR role focuses on end-to-end blue-collar recruitment across WA operations, partnering with hiring managers and site teams to deliver timely recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.

You will actively source candidates, maintain talent pools, coordinate checks and onboarding, and represent SRG Global at industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency or internal recruitment.
• Experience recruiting trades/site-based personnel.
• Exposure to construction/mining/resources/industrial services would help.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills and ability to build talent pipelines.
• Ability to work directly with hiring managers and manage multiple requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and understanding of recruitment compliance.
• Intermediate MS Word and MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers and operational teams to understand workforce requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across blue-collar and site-based roles.
• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals and talent pools.
• Manage job advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviews and candidate communication.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding; prepare offer letters and maintain ATS records.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and stakeholders.
• Represent SRG Global at industry events and networking opportunities.
