Qualifications

• Experience in blue-collar recruitment, ideally in resources sector.
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Recruit blue-collar roles (e.g., Fitters, Boilermakers, Electricians, Riggers, Scaffolders, Trades Assistants).
• Engage a high volume of candidates and manage communications.
• Review qualifications, tickets and documentation.
• Participate in weekly onboarding sessions.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and advise on recruitment.
