Future You in Minto, NSW is seeking an Internal Recruiter to take ownership of high-volume blue-collar recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start and a 6‑month fixed-term contract with potential extension are on offer.

You will partner with leaders to build proactive talent pipelines across production, warehouse, and technical operations, guiding end-to-end recruitment and improving the candidate experience.

Formación

• Proven experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong track record in talent pipelining and proactive sourcing.
• Ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and build stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, proactive sourcing, candidate screening and offer management.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and meet current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver a positive candidate experience.
