Arc Infrastructure is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our People Team in WA. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing for 580 employees on a fortnightly basis, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality while complying with legislation and agreements.

You will verify time-sheet data in Payglobal, reconcile payroll and superannuation, and respond to employee payroll queries. You will also work with auditors, generate HR reports, and perform related HR administrative duties as needed.

Formación

• Solid experience in payroll operations with end-to-end payroll administration.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage confidential information.
• Strong understanding of payroll-related legislation and compliance (taxation, leave, superannuation).
• Proficiency with MYOB Payglobal or similar payroll systems and Excel for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform end-to-end payroll processing for 580 employees on a fortnightly cycle.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with policies and contracts.
• Verify and upload time-sheet data into the payroll system (Payglobal).
• Reconcile payroll, superannuation payments, deductions and disbursements.
• Address employee queries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and maintain audit controls.
• Generate payroll and HR reports as needed.
• Conduct testing after payroll system changes (unit/integration).
• Perform general HR administrative duties as required.
