Job summary

Westgold Resources is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to join our Perth CBD team. You will deliver end-to-end payroll, ensure data integrity, and manage payroll tax, superannuation, and statutory obligations with accuracy.

You will work with stakeholders, resolve payroll inquiries, and contribute to system improvements. Experience with HRIS/payroll systems, ideally Workday, and strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation are essential.

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems, ideally Workday.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee payroll records and data integrity.
• Manage payroll tax, superannuation and statutory obligations.
• Reconcile payroll transactions and reporting requirements.
• Respond to payroll enquiries from employees and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
• Support payroll projects and process improvements.
