Job summary

Workforce International on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced payroll specialist to join our Payroll team. You will ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, maintain data integrity, and support timely client invoicing based on hours and services.

This role requires at least five years in end-to-end payroll, strong Excel skills, knowledge of Modern Awards or Enterprise Agreements, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' experience in end-to-end payroll.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience interpreting Modern Awards and/or Enterprise Agreements.
  • Sound knowledge of payroll legislation, superannuation and long service leave.
  • Experience with termination calculations, leave entitlements and eligible termination payments.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
