BCI Minerals Limited is seeking a Mobilisation Administrator to lead end-to-end mobilisation for site personnel and contractors at the Mardie operation. You will manage onboarding via INX +Process, coordinate travel, and ensure compliance across time-sensitive mobilisations.

The role requires at least five years in mining mobilisation, strong software skills (INX +Process, Inflight, MS Office, SharePoint) and experience with digital forms. Australian working rights are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years' mobilisation experience within mining or resources sectors.
• Proficient with INX +Process and Inflight software.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Comfortable using SharePoint for storing and managing documents.
• Familiarity with digital forms and mobile app-based workflows (e.g. JotForms, QR site access).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end mobilisation process for employees and contractors.
• Coordinate travel bookings and site onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with mobilisation procedures in time-sensitive situations.
• Build relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
