Job summary

BCI Minerals is seeking a proactive Site Services Coordinator to oversee village services, facilities maintenance, security, water and wastewater at the Mardie operation in Western Australia. You will work with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant and efficient service delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience in contractor management, planning or scheduling, with a strong focus on health, safety and environmental requirements, and proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in contractor management or supervision.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic site environment.
• Proficient Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of village services, facilities maintenance, security and utilities.
• Coordinate routine compliance activities and contractor quotations/approvals.
• Maintain records and support site events and VIP visits.
• Collaborate with Village Management and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant operations.
