Job summary

FMS Group is seeking two Mobilisation Officers to join our Mackay regional team in Australia. One full-time permanent role and one fixed-term maternity cover position are available.

You will coordinate employee inductions, maintain training records and ensure compliance across client sites, including BMA, Glencore and Anglo as required. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll manage mobilisation activities, track qualifications, and keep documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobilisation, training coordination or similar administration.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Clear communication and teamwork spirit.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and booking employee inductions with clients as required.
• Maintaining accurate employee training and competency records.
• Updating and monitoring client systems to ensure employee compliance.
• Coordinating training bookings and medical appointments as needed.
• Monitoring upcoming qualification and competency expiries and scheduling required training.
• Managing training compliance requirements and maintaining the division’s Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Working closely with operational teams to support mobilisation requirements and meet deadlines.
• Following up outstanding documentation, training and compliance items to keep things moving.
