Job summary

UNSW International is seeking a Change Analyst to drive end-to-end change management and business readiness across people, processes, technology, and policy. You will translate solution requirements into impacts, prepare stakeholders, and ensure new ways of working are adopted smoothly.

Reporting to the Head of Change & Business Readiness, you will mentor change contributors and maintain high quality across initiatives while collaborating with multiple teams including ERP and service

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational change across complex projects.
• Ability to independently assess change and readiness and drive adoption.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with MS Office and related tools.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change impact and readiness assessments with risks and recommendations.
• Develop and execute integrated change and communication plans, including PowerPoint presentations.
• Design and deliver targeted training, capability uplift, and support models.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and align cross-functional teams; support UAT.
• Track adoption metrics and embed new ways of working into operations.
• Champion safety, values and risk management within scope.
