Job summary

UNSW is seeking a Change Analyst to drive end-to-end change management and business readiness across people, processes, technology, and policy. The role reports to the Head of Change & Business Readiness and collaborates with analysts, managers, and sponsors.

The position is based at Kensington with a transition to Randwick campus, and is a full-time fixed-term contract for two years. Compensation starts from 132,445 AUD plus 17% superannuation and leave loading.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in organisational change management across complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives.
• Proven ability to independently conduct change and business readiness assessments and drive adoption.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in standard office tools.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change impact and readiness assessments with risks, dependencies, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop integrated change and communication plans and adjust strategy as project scope evolves.
• Design and deliver targeted training and support models for long-term adoption.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support User Acceptance Testing to validate readiness.
• Track adoption metrics and adjust interventions to embed new ways of working.
• Champion safety and organisational values, managing hazards within scope.
