Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Partner Success Specialist to guide end-to-end implementations of the EH HR & Payroll platform for clients in Australia. You will manage projects from kickoff to go-live, configure data migrations, and ensure compliance with client processes.

You will train client administrators and end users, create user guides, and run workshops to showcase new features while identifying automation opportunities to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring Employment Hero HR & Payroll.
• Strong project coordination with timelines, risks and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate system capability into practical business process improvements.
• Confident trainer/facilitator able to run workshops and demos.
• Clear written communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple client projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Employment Hero implementations on time and to a high standard.
• Train client users and internal teams; develop user guides and resources.
• Optimise EH configurations, data migrations and ongoing system setup.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce admin burden and improve compliance.
• Support sales enablement and handover processes with accurate client details.
• Provide ongoing client enablement and troubleshooting guidance.
