Tom James Company, a leading provider of custom clothing, seeks a Business Development Representative in Sydney. You will identify and qualify potential leads, initiate conversations, and convert opportunities, partnering with Account Executives to drive revenue in the ANZ market.

Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, nurturing leads, scheduling product demonstrations, and updating SFDC with lead status.

Qualifications

• Ability to generate your own leads and schedule appointments after completing our training program.

Responsibilities

• Build a clientele by prospecting and developing leads.
• Schedule appointments with prospects/leads for in-office or on-site meetings.
• Conduct sales meetings with clients to guide buying decisions.
• Provide ongoing account advocacy and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain and expand the sales pipeline and update CRM lead statuses.
