Job summary

WOW Recruitment is seeking 5 Sales Executives to join a premier custom tailoring brand in Sydney. You will manage end-to-end client journeys, conduct high-touch consultations, and style complete wardrobe solutions from a flagship Sydney CBD showroom.

Initial training occurs in Strathfield, with ongoing roles across locations based on performance. Salary starts at 65k base plus super and uncapped commissions, with a company car and travel expenses covered.

Qualifications

• High-touch, 1-on-1 consultations to understand occasion, budget and style.
• Styling and selling wardrobe solutions, wedding party packages, and custom garments.
• Proactively managing leads, quotes, and client reactivations using CRM software.
• Taking precise body measurements and conducting fittings.
• Accurately entering custom orders and managing final collections and aftercare.
• Building a dedicated personal client book to drive repeat business and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Conducting high-touch, 1-on-1 consultations to understand the client's occasion, budget, and personal style.
