Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company in Webberville, MI is seeking an Elevator Assistant Superintendent to assist in all day-to-day activities of the elevator, including loading/unloading, sampling, grading, transferring, blending, and storage of goods.

You will train and lead hourly employees in operations, safety, and maintaining facilities, and contribute to ongoing improvements to meet operation objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED with years of OJT.
• Technical Certification.
• 2-3 years’ experience developing a team.
• Troubleshooting/problem solving experience.
• Good people skills.
• Mechanical, electrical, leadership.
• Job Hazard Analysis and safety compliance.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft office, email, etc.)
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
• Report writing.
• Ability to train others.
