Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company seeks an Assistant Superintendent in Twin Falls, ID to lead daily safety, quality, and production activities. You will supervise production staff, implement GMP/HACCP/FSMA requirements, and coordinate with the Plant Superintendent to optimize operations.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to manage training, records, and cross-functional collaboration across maintenance, quality, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing/processing environment.
• Ability to enforce safety and environmental rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, and production procedures daily.
• Supervise production staff and coordinate schedules with Location/Regional Superintendent.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, and FSMA compliance and cost optimization.
• Familiarize with dry bean standards and agricultural chemical handling where applicable.
• Maintain safety training, production records, and equipment inspections.
