This exempt full-time role requires a background in plant leadership, adherence to GMP and safety standards, and the ability to work a rotating shift including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by hourly staff to meet safety, quality, housekeeping and production goals.

• Lead and mentor front-line operators and contractors on procedures and PPE.
