Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at all times.
• Clear tables and reset them for new seating per venue standards.
• Assist Food Servers in serving guests and clearing dishes after meals.
• Maintain cleanliness of side stations and stock items as needed.
• Answer guest questions and refer to management as necessary.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and respond accordingly.
• Keep professional grooming and appearance.
• Keep work areas neat and organized; sweep or mop as needed.
• Serve ice water and assist with restocking during service.
• Complete opening and closing sidework; perform other duties as assigned.
