Job summary

Ultimate Security Australia is seeking a highly organised Maintenance Planner to join our service team in Sydney. You will plan, schedule and manage maintenance and service activities for our field technicians and subcontractors, ensuring smooth delivery and clear customer communication from job creation to completion.

Qualifications

• Strong administration, scheduling and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate annual and bi-annual maintenance services.
• Manage work orders and service requests through company systems.
• Dispatch technicians and subcontractors to meet operational requirements.
• Liaise with customers, technicians, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide clear and proactive customer communication regarding service updates and scheduling.
• Manage inbound and outbound email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Prepare customer invoices and process subcontractor invoices.
• Assist in resolving service enquiries and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with WHS policies, procedures and company standards.
