Job summary

Umech Pty Ltd in Alexandria, Sydney is seeking a Service & Maintenance Coordinator – Technical to own day-to-day planning, scheduling and administration of our growing maintenance business. You will work with customers, technicians, suppliers and management to ensure bookings, site access and timely invoicing.

The role focuses on planned and recurring maintenance across pharma, labs and semiconductor facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technical service work.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance scheduling.
• Ability to prepare quotations.
• Comfort working with technicians and customers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent jobs.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling planned and reactive maintenance work.
• Coordinating technicians and managing the forward service schedule.
• Liaising with customers regarding access, timing and site requirements.
• Preparing jobs before technicians attend site.
• Organising equipment, test gear, materials and consumables.
• Preparing routine service and minor works quotations.
• Coordinating maintenance planning meetings.
• Ensuring service reports and job documentation are completed promptly.
• Maintaining service histories and recurring maintenance schedules.
• Tracking upcoming service requirements and contract renewals.
• Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
