Job summary

Securitas Technology Australia seeks a General Manager Sales – Electronic Security to define and lead the sales and commercial strategy across Australia, accelerating growth and delivering value‑led solutions.

You will drive top‑line growth, margin, recurring revenue and client retention while building a high‑performing team and collaborating across functions to deliver integrated security and managed services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ senior sales leadership or general management experience.
• Proven record of profitable growth, margin management and recurring revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of electronic security, tech integration, service models, CRM/analytics and value-based selling.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including pricing, estimating, gross margin, contract negotiation.
• Experience developing vertical-led go-to-market strategies and senior client relationships.
• Ability to operate in an international or matrix organisation and influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel nationally (≈25%) and internationally as required.
• Experience engaging consultants, vendors and industry associations in the electronic security ecosystem.

• Define and execute the Electronic Security sales and commercial strategy for Australia.
• Lead pipeline governance, forecasting, pricing, proposals and tenders.
• Drive top-line growth, margin and recurring revenue while improving client retention.
• Develop vertical-led market plans and strengthen industry positioning.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and commercial team.
