Job summary

Securitas Australia AB is seeking a General Manager Sales – Electronic Security to lead the growth and commercial strategy of our Electronic Security business across Australia, shaping value-led, intelligence-driven solutions.

You will manage a high-performing team, drive recurring revenue, oversee pricing governance, and partner with customers to deliver integrated security offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ senior sales or general management experience in security/tech.
• Proven growth, margin and recurring revenue leadership.
• Strong understanding of electronic security and B2B services.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Electronic Security sales strategy across Australia.
• Lead a high-performing commercial organisation with governance over pipeline and pricing.
• Drive top-line growth, client retention and recurring revenue targets.
• Collaborate across functions to create integrated security solutions.
• Provide executive leadership and develop the sales team.
