UGL is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical trades on a major utilities project in Western Australia. You will coordinate daily site activities, mentor teams and ensure safety, quality and schedule delivery on complex infrastructure works.

The role is full-time, on a 2:1 DIDO roster, based near Rivervale with site travel ~300km north of Perth. You will build relationships with subcontractors, manage resources and aid career development within a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Electrical Trade Qualification.
• Experience as Electrical Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Experience delivering electrical works in utilities, infrastructure, resources or major project environments.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound understanding of workplace safety, quality and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Supervise electrical tradespeople, leading hands and subcontractors to deliver works.
• Ensure safety, quality and HSSEQ compliance on site.
• Manage daily site activities, workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Conduct toolbox talks and pre-start meetings to promote safety culture.
• Monitor quality assurance and support certifiable works documentation.
• Coordinate project materials, procurement and site logistics.
• Track workforce attendance and timesheet accuracy.
• Mentor apprentices and support workforce development.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients and internal teams.
• Ensure milestones and contractual obligations are achieved.
