UGL Pty Limited in Australia-WA Rivervale is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical trades, manage subcontractors and site personnel, and ensure safe, compliant delivery of projects on a 5:2 roster.

You will coordinate daily site activities, monitor quality, mentor apprentices, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams while maintaining HSSEQ standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification required.
• Experience as Electrical Supervisor or Leading Hand.
• Experience in utilities, infrastructure or major project environments.

Responsabilités

• Supervise electrical tradespeople, leading hands and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in HSSEQ compliance.
• Manage daily site activities, workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Conduct toolbox talks and pre-start meetings to promote safety.
• Monitor quality assurance and certifiable works documentation.
• Coordinate materials, procurement and site logistics.
• Mentor apprentices and support workforce development.
• Build relationships with project stakeholders, clients and internal teams.
• Ensure milestones and contractual obligations are achieved.
