Job summary

UGL Pty Limited in Australia-WA Rivervale is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical trades, manage subcontractors and site personnel, and ensure safe, compliant delivery of projects on a 5:2 roster.

You will coordinate daily site activities, monitor quality, mentor apprentices, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams while maintaining HSSEQ standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification required.
• Experience as Electrical Supervisor or Leading Hand.
• Experience in utilities, infrastructure or major project environments.

If you are looking for a bright future and opportunity to grow your career, then join UGL – a great place to work! **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major utilities project team, leading electrical trades, subcontractors and site-based personnel to safely deliver project outcomes. You will play a key role in coordinating daily site activities, managing resources, maintaining quality and compliance standards, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project schedules.
