Job summary

UGL is seeking an experienced Project Manager for upcoming utilities infrastructure projects in Western Australia. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and ensure safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, construction principle knowledge, and accreditation such as AIPM/PMBOK or PMP. The position is based in WA with DIDO from Perth on a 10/4 roster, offering a competitive salary and flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing utilities infrastructure projects (power, HV substations, transmission lines).
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost control skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership across multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and finalise projects for client delivery.
• Lead project teams to deliver on schedule, budget and scope.
• Oversee quality control across the project lifecycle and ensure objectives are met.
• Coordinate resources and promote safety, quality assurance, and sound commercial practices.
